Autism Diagnosis


As of April 2024, NHS Hampshire and Isle of Wight Integrated Care Board (HIOW ICB) re-commissioned new (fully NICE compliant) providers to deliver ADHD and autism assessments across Hampshire, Portsmouth, Southampton and the Isle of Wight.

Children and young people:


Where no mental health need is identified, health or education professionals refer directly to the dedicated autism assessment service below. If there is comorbid mental health need that meets CAMHS thresholds, health or education professionals refer to CAMHS.
